Partners Group and Accesso pay $270m for Innovation Park in North Carolina

Partners Group and Accesso Partners have acquired Innovation Park, a 1.8 million-square-foot office park in Charlotte. The sales price was reported as $270 million. The venture makes Partners Group, acting on behalf of its clients, the majority owner of the property, while Accesso maintains a minority ownership interest.

Innovation Park is an office complex in the University City submarket of Charlotte. The 202-acre property is home to several high-credit tenants, including Allstate, AXA, Alight Solutions, Classic Graphics and Wells Fargo. The former IBM office campus is comprised of 12 buildings and is currently 99 percent leased.
