Panorama Holdings has appointed Caroline Gibson as COO. She will be responsible for the operational oversight of the firm, be part of the executive committee devising corporate strategy and initiatives, and oversee equity capital markets.
Gibson previously served as a consultant to the firm for more than a year. Prior to joining Panorama, Gibson founded a strategic capital markets consultancy, Zilker Park Capital Group, which advised real estate investment managers on transitioning from a retail investor base to institutional capital. She has served as the director of U.S. and international investor relations at The Remark Companies and spent more than 15 years based in Europe advising real estate clients on their growth strategies.
She brings decades of experience in capital markets, investment relations and commercial real estate development to the role at Panorama.
