Panattoni has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones (MODON). The agreement, which was signed at the Transport Logistics trade fair in Munich, sets the stage for the development, construction and operation of modern industrial and logistics facilities, including 50,000 square meters (540,000 square feet) at MODON Oasis in Jeddah.
The signing marks a significant milestone in Panattoni’s expansion into Saudi Arabia and reflects the growing importance of the kingdom as a regional logistics and industrial hub. The project will support the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the National Industrial Strategy by attracting international expertise, enhancing infrastructure and creating a competitive environment for value-added services.
