Palmira Capital Partners, a European investment and asset manager specializing in logistics property, acting on an individual client instruction, has acquired the fulfillment center of international logistics company DB Schenker in the Cargo Center Graz (CCG). The vendor was a consortium of investors based in Graz, Austria. The parties have agreed not to disclose the purchase price.
The property is situated in Werndorf, Austria, 15 kilometers (9 miles) south of Graz and 6 kilometers (4 miles) from the city's airport. It serves as a regional fulfillment center for DB Schenker AG, a subsidiary of Deutsche Bahn AG. The property, which stands on a 72,000-square-meter (775,000-square-foot) site, provides a leasable area of approximately 34,100 square meters (367,000 square feet).
