Palladius nears $100m fundraising target for real estate fund
Palladius, a Texas-based real estate investment management organization focused on investing capital on behalf of institutional investors, has raised more than $76 million for its Palladius Real Estate Fund I, according to a March 7 filing with the SEC.
Fund I has an equity fundraising target of $100 million. So far, 485 investors have committed to the vehicle, which was launched in August 2021.
Palladius invests in core-plus and opportunistic real estate, as well as real estate debt, according to the firm’s website. Fund I will invest in properties in the United States.
