Paladin Realty expands its Southern California workforce housing portfolio

Paladin Realty Partners has expanded its growing workforce rental housing portfolio in Southern California with the recent acquisition of Brownstone Apartments, a 17-unit apartment community in Bellflower. Built in 1967, the property has nine one-bedroom units, seven two-bedroom units, and a studio unit. Bellflower is an established working- and middle-class infill suburb of Los Angeles strategically positioned along the Interstate 605 corridor, providing convenient access to downtown Los Angeles, Orange County, Long Beach and the Port of Los Angeles.

Like its previous Southern California workforce housing investments, Paladin intends to pursue a value-added business plan to modernize the property, including upgraded apartment finishes, enhanced landscaping, and other improvements, while optimizing operations through professional institutional management.
