Paladin Realty announces new Mexican home building platform

Paladin Realty Partners has created Paladin-3Mil III, a joint venture with 3Mil SA de C.V., a Mexico City–based private home builder, to develop properties focused on Mexico City’s middle class.

The Paladin-3Mil III joint venture will be capitalized initially with $4.44 million of equity to develop housing projects in the central districts of Mexico City, targeting middle-income homebuyers. This is Paladin Realty’s third programmatic joint venture partnership with 3Mil.

The investment was made by Paladin Realty’s fifth pan-regional fund focused on Latin America, which also has made investments in Peru and Brazil. Recently, Paladin formed a new joint venture to develop middle-income housing in Peru and formed another
