PA SERS invests $500m to two real estate funds

The $71.9 billion Pennsylvania Public School Employees' Retirement System (PSERS) has approved $500 million to two real estate funds.

PASERS made a $300 million investment in Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners V and a $200 million investment in TCI Real Estate Partners Fund IV LP.

Brookfield Asset Management launched fundraising for its fifth flagship real estate fund, Brookfield Strategic Real Estate Partners (BSREP) V, in February with a $15 billion fundraising target.

TCI Real Estate Partners Fund IV is a real estate debt fund in London managed by TCI Fund Management. The TCI Real Estate Partners Lending Funds invest alongside the Children's Investment Fund Foundation (UK) (CIFF)
