P3 Logistic Parks enters U.K. logistics sector

P3 Logistic Parks has entered the U.K. logistics sector through the acquisition of two logistics assets from Segro, totaling 81,000 square meters (tk square feet) of space in well–established locations.

One asset is located in Crick and comprises around 36,000 square meters (tk square feet) lettable area. The second asset with more than 45,000 s square meters (tk square feet)  is located in Kettering.
