Orchard Street promotes Dana Eisner to partner

U.K.-based Orchard Street Investment Management, a specialist commercial property investment manager, has promoted Dana Eisner to partner.

Eisner joined Orchard Street in January to lead the firm’s investor relations activities.

According to Orchard Street, her appointment reflected the firm’s expansion strategy to develop and grow institutional client and consultant relationships, as it explores raising capital from new investor groups, both on and off shore.

Prior to joining Orchard Street, Eisner was a founding partner and head of investor relations for AEW U.K. over a period of eight years. There, she provided U.K. investment solutions for on- and offshore investors.

Before that, she served as executive director at UBS Global Asset Management, where she was responsible for managing client and consultant relationships.
