Orange County tower trades for $151m

by Andrea Zander

Opal Holdings has paid $150.5 million for City Tower in Orange, Calif. The deal marks one of New York City–based Opal’s first West Coast acquisitions.

The seller was Pacific Oak Strategic Advisors.

The 435,000-square-foot building at 333 City Blvd. West is considered the third tallest tower in Orange County, and the county’s largest office transaction of the year so far.

The tower includes 2,000 square feet of retail and is 90 percent leased.
