The $15.7 billion Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund had a 2.3 percent net return for the fourth quarter, which ended on Dec. 31, for its real estate portfolio. For the year, the real estate portfolio had a net return of 10 percent.
The real estate portfolio is valued at $1.78 billion as of March 31, which is 11.4 percent of the total OP&F portfolio. The target allocation for real estate is 12 percent.
