Onyx+East, a full-service homebuilder based in Indianapolis, and IHP Capital Partners, a national residential real estate investment firm, announced the closing of 44 acres for the development of Trillium, a new for-sale home community in Westfield, Ind. Groundbreaking and construction are expected to begin in July 2026, with sales launching and four model homes and several quick move-ins scheduled for spring 2027.
