One United Properties secures permit for €337m residential project in Romania

One United Properties has obtained the building permit for One Lake District, a large-scale sustainable residential development with 2,076 apartments, located on the shores of Lake Plumbuita.

The gross development value for One Lake District is €337.7 million ($362.8 million).

One Lake District will have a gross building area of more than 250,000 square meters (2.7 million square feet) and will be built in three development phases and is projected to be delivered by the end of 2026.

The residential compound will be developed on eight hectares with spectacular views and direct access to the lake. The variety of services offered by One Lake District will provide residents with parking, commercial spaces for leisure and sports, and educational facilities for children.
