Omega Healthcare Investors has acquired 24 seniors housing communities from Healthpeak Properties for $510 million. The announcement came through Omega’s fourth-quarter earnings report, released on Thursday, Feb. 4. Further details on the transaction and properties has not yet been released.
Brookdale operates the entire portfolio, which is located across Arizona, California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia and Washington.
