Oklahoma Teachers puts $50m in Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV

The Oklahoma Teachers’ Retirement System has invested $50 million in Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV, a month after the commitment was approved.

Artemis Real Estate Partners Fund IV opened in March with a $1.5 billion fundraising target. The fund will make value-add investments across property types, including apartment, office, industrial, healthcare, self-storage, hotel and retail assets.

Other recent investors in the fund include the Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund, the City of Fresno (Calif.) Retirement Systems, the Wayne County (Mich.) Employees’ Retirement System and the Cook County (Ill.) Annuity & Benefits Funds.
