by Kali Persall

The $15.75 billion Ohio Police & Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) has approved a follow-on commitment of up to $60 million to the Exeter Industrial Value Fund V, according to recently released board meeting notes.

Exeter Industrial Value Fund V, managed by Exeter Property Group, is a value-add investment vehicle that specializes in warehouse and light industrial properties primarily in the United States.

The Pennsylvania Public School Employees’ Retirement System (PSERS) also approved commitments of up to $100 million to Exeter’s fIfth fund earlier this month.

OP&F invested capital in other previous funds in the series, Exeter Industrial Value Fund II, III and IV, which closed with $1.3 billion in capital commitments and focuses on logistics assets such as big-box warehouses and last-mile distribution centers.
