Ohio Police and Fire invest $75m in Chicago Pacific Founders’ fourth healthcare real estate fund

The Ohio Police and Fire Pension Fund (OP&F) has committed $75 million to Chicago Pacific Founders Healthcare Real Estate Fund IV.

This fund, managed by Chicago Pacific Founders, is a closed-end, value-added, opportunistic investment vehicle targeting medical office buildings, senior housing and medical infrastructure in the United States. It aims to raise $400 million in equity.

OP&F, a public pension fund, had $22.1 billion in total assets under management, as of June 23. As of Dec. 31, 2025, the fund had a 12 percent real estate allocation target with $1.9 billion in total real estate assets.
