Deka-ImmobilienEuropa, a fund managed by Deka Immobilien, has sold De Resident office building in The Hague to the Dutch state for €217 million ($238 million).
It is located in a prime downtown location in the government and business district, right next to the main train station and the old town. The Dutch government is the tenant of the building, occupying 93 percent of the space with a lease agreement until 2029.
The office tower complex has a total rental area of approximately 53,371 square meters (574,481 square feet), of which 3,352 square meters (36,081 square feet) is allocated to retail; storage; and an atrium.
