U.S.-based Oaktree Capital Management has acquired Spanish developer Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios (SDIN) Residential together with a portfolio of real estate assets from Iberian bank Banco Sabadell for €882 million ($978 million).
Solvia Desarrollos Inmobiliarios is the result of the split and transmission of the part of the assets of the company Solvia Servicios Inmobiliarios.
