AdVenture Development is breaking ground on a 3 million-square-foot modern mixed-use project in North Carolina, according to industry sources.
The project known as Eastfield Crossing will feature a business park, medical space, retail space, three hotels, senior living, multifamily, single-family housing and entertainment.
Eastfield Crossing will be a walkable community with trails for walking, jogging and bicycling, and will emphasize farm-to-table and numerous high-tech and smart city amenities, according to the developer’s website. The project also includes a 1 million-square-foot business park, which will be located in the Triangle East Raleigh metro area, the center of the Eastern Seaboard.
