Normandy Real Estate sells Washington, D.C., office property for $104.6m

Normandy Real Estate Partners has sold a 315,726-square-foot office building in Washington, D.C., for approximately $104.6 million. JLL represented Normandy in the transaction.

950 L’Enfant Plaza is a nine-story office building situated within a larger 2.5 million-square-foot mixed-use plaza overlooking the southwest waterfront. The plaza houses the International Spy Museum, the Hilton Washington, D.C., National Mall and more than 120,000 square feet of retail space.

950 L’Enfant Plaza is also located close to the the L’Enfant Plaza Metrorail Station, offering access to five of six Metrorail lines, and is about two blocks away from the Virginia Railway Express Station.

As the southernmost building in the complex, 950 L’Enfant offers unobstructed views of Hain’s Point, Ronald Reagan National Airport, National Landing and District Wharf, a 3.2 million-square-foot development.
