Norges Bank, Art-Invest Real Estate expand German office partnership

Art-Invest Real Estate has assumed responsibility for the asset management of the Axel Springer Campus, the headquarters of Axel Springer SE in Berlin, on behalf of Norges Bank Investment Management. The property was completed in 2020. In addition, the two companies intend to pursue further joint investments in office properties across Germany’s major metropolitan markets over the coming years.

The Axel Springer Campus in Berlin is an office and media building completed in 2020 and designed by the international architecture firm OMA, founded by Rem Koolhaas. Located at Zimmerstraße 50 in Berlin, directly adjacent to the former Berlin Wall border strip, the campus symbolizes Axel Springer’s transformation from a traditional publishing house into a digital media and technology company.
