Nickolas Gates joins Paladin Realty Partners

Nickolas Gates has joined Paladin Realty Partners as vice president. Based in the firm’s Los Angeles office, Gates will focus on acquisitions and asset management for the firm’s U.S. apartment portfolio.

Gates has a decade of experience managing value-added apartment investments across the United States. He previously served as director of asset management for FPA Multifamily, a vertically integrated institutional real estate investment firm focused on value-add and core-plus multifamily investments, where he managed value-added business plans for a portfolio totaling 11,000 units. Gates graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration and Accounting.
