Niam, Milton Huse launch housing project JV in Denmark

Niam and Milton Huse have launched a new joint venture aimed at developing, constructing and operating terraced house projects in Denmark.

Niam will own 75 percent of the new joint venture, dubbed Kronhusene. Erik Rehnquist, founder of Milton Huse, will own 25 percent and continue as an active director.

Kronhusene plans to deliver about 500 homes per year, a capability that will be unlocked by strengthening its portfolio with well-located land in Danish regional cities. The joint venture already has one construction project under way, with several more planned to start in 2023.
