Niam and Kuuskodit Investment Management launch residential JV in Finland

Niam and Kuuskodit Investment Management have announced the launch of a new joint venture, an initiative to enhance family living through the development of terraced family houses, tailored for the rental market in the Finnish growth triangle of the Helsinki metro area, Tampere and Turku. The investment strategy focuses on providing optimal living spaces for families, setting new standards in the design and functionality of rental residential housing.

To initiate the investment strategy, the joint venture has acquired a seed portfolio from Toivo Group, comprising five constructed assets, built in 2021 to 2022. This portfolio includes 117 apartments housed in modern terraced buildings, totaling 5,900 square meters of leasable area, located in Espoo and Turku.
