Broadview Real Estate Partners, a New York–based real estate investment management company that was newly formed this year, is raising capital for its first real estate fund, Broadview Real Estate Partners Fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Broadview Real Estate Partners Fund is a value-added fund that will invest in major U.S. properties. According to the filing, the fund has raised nearly $80 million and seeks to raise $230 million in total.
