New York Life Real Estate Investors has raised $495 million for its Madison Square Structured Debt Fund, a document filed with the SEC on Aug. 5 revealed.
The fund, which has a minimum investment amount of $20 million, has received backing from two investors, according to the document.
Operating on a core and core-plus investment strategy, the United States–targeted debt fund looks to invest in a highly-diversified collection of assets, which include CBD office, community shopping centers, debt, industrial, mixed-use, warehouses, and multifamily, among others.
New York Life Real Estate Investors manages a range of assets within its three investment platforms: commercial lending, real estate equity investment, and real estate securities investment, according to the firm’s website.
