Jeremy Fletcher has been named CEO of Fresh Property Group, an accommodation management company of Watkin Jones, replacing Rebecca Hopewell, who plans to retire.
Fletcher will grow the group’s property management operations by leveraging the strong underlying demand for a high-quality affordable living experience across both the build-to-rent (BTR) and purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) sectors.
Previously, he was at Quintain Living (formerly Tipi), the operational platform that is spearheading the £3 billion (€3.3 billion/$5.5 billion) regeneration of Wembley Park.
