Construction and property group NCC has acquired the Trafikflyget 8 mixed-use development project near Bromma airport in Stockholm from ICA Fastigheter.
The seller was ICA Real Estate. The total investment is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 2.5 billion (€240 million/$282 million).
The mixed-use development project consists of offices, commerce and hotels. NCC has also signed a lease of 20,000 square meters (215,000 square feet). New tenants will be the Maxi ICA supermarket and the Biz Apartment apartment and hotel, which will receive about 175 hotel apartments.
