Multi Corporation acquires 2 land plots in Amsterdam to develop high-end offices and apartments

Multi Corporation has acquired two freehold land plots in the heart of Amsterdam for the development of 10 apartments and offices, marking the third development acquisition in 12 months.

These new developments, close to Amsterdam Central Station, will comprise 10 high-end apartments and a class office.

The project aims for an A+++ energy label by incorporating a substantial proportion of re-used materials and adhering to high sustainability standards. To ensure efficient temperature control, Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES), an innovative geothermal technology, will be integrated. Additionally, the offices will meet the standards of a Nearly Zero-Emission Building (NZEB), aligning with Multi Corporation’s commitment to sustainability.

The investment for the development is a joint effort between Multi Corporation and M.O.S., a company known as Mother Of Space based in Haarlem, the Netherlands.

Sales for the offices and apartments will begin in October 2023, with construction scheduled to begin in first quarter 2024. The completion of both the apartments and the office building is targeted for the first half 2025.
