RCLCO Real Estate Consulting, an advisory firm focused on the real estate industry, has released the results of their bi-annual survey of the top-selling master-planned communities (MPCs) of 2025. The survey shows that new home sales among the 50 top-selling MPCs declined by just 3 percent compared to the pace set in 2024, an improvement over the first half of the year.
