Morrison Street Capital has raised $51.9 million for its second debt opportunities real estate fund, according to a filing with the SEC. The firm did not comment on its fundraising efforts.
Morrison Street Debt Opportunities Fund II will invest in debt secured by U.S. properties. A fundraising target was not disclosed in the filing.
The inaugural fund in the series, Morrison Street Debt Opportunities Fund, held a $200 million final close in April 2017. It was a core-plus real estate fund.
