The Montana Board of Investments (MBOI) has unveiled several real estate commitments for the previous fiscal year.
The pension fund committed $100 million to EverWest Silver Bow Holdings, $100 million to Sweet Grass-Equus, and $50 million to Bell Value-Add Fund VIII, according to a recent investment document.
EverWest Real Estate Investors is a real estate investment adviser providing investment management services throughout the United States, including acquisitions, asset management, development and property management for its investors. With $5.5 billion in assets under management, EverWest clients invest through separately managed accounts and commingled funds. IREI understands EverWest Silver Bow Holdings is a separate account.
Sweet Grass-Equus is a value-add fund that seeks to invest in the office, residential and industrial sectors across the United States. Equus Capital Partners has sponsored a series of 13 closed-end, value-add funds. For more than 35
