The $116.8 billion Minnesota State Board of Investment (SBI) has launched an RFP seeking investment consulting services.
The SBI said it is seeking one or more consultants to advise the pension fund in the areas of investment objectives, asset allocation, manager selection, performance measurement and evaluation, as well as other operational functions.
Currently, Aon Investments and Meketa Investment Group are providing investment consulting services to the SBI. The pension fund said the RFP was issued to comply with state law, which requires all consultant contracts to be rebid every two years with a potential extension out to a maximum of five years.
