Mike Armstrong has rejoined GI Partners as a managing director of GI Real Estate and will lead the firm’s technology and science real estate investments.
With more than 20 years of real estate and infrastructure investment experience, Armstrong returns to GI Partners from Stream Data Centers, where he most recently served as the company’s chief strategy officer. His experience there included data center acquisitions, transaction structuring, and collaboratively negotiating and executing capital structures and hyperscale leases across Stream’s development portfolio.
Armstrong previously served on GI’s technology and science real estate investment team and was a key contributor in building a large portfolio of data center, life sciences and technology properties across the United States.
