International Investment Gate has acquired the building at 158–160 West Regent St. in Glasgow, Scotland, on behalf of one of its private clients, a Middle Eastern investor, for £4.95 million (€5.8 million/$6.7 million), marking its first deal in Scotland.
Keygate Capital Real Estate Advisors acted for the vendor.
The 20,000-square-foot building, formerly home to the John Ross Memorial Church, dates back to the early 1890s and is fully leased to architecture practice Keppie Design until 2030.
