Middle Eastern investor enters Scotland

by Andrea Zander

International Investment Gate has acquired the building at 158–160 West Regent St. in Glasgow, Scotland, on behalf of one of its private clients, a Middle Eastern investor, for £4.95 million (€5.8 million/$6.7 million), marking its first deal in Scotland.

Keygate Capital Real Estate Advisors acted for the vendor.

The 20,000-square-foot building, formerly home to the John Ross Memorial Church, dates back to the early 1890s and is fully leased to architecture practice Keppie Design until 2030.
