M&G Real Estate strengthens APAC expertise with new hire

M&G Real Estate has appointed Regina Lim as director, head of property research Asia.

In this role, Lim will lead and oversee the research team to produce strategic investment recommendations on the Asia Pacific property market.

An industry veteran with more than 20 years of experience, Lim joins M&G from JLL, where she was head of strategic advisory and capital market research in Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia. She was previously from Standard Chartered Bank, UBS and Urban Redevelopment Authority.
