M&G Real Estate announces further European expansion with new appointments in Italy and Spain

M&G Real Estate has announced its first appointment in Italy and its second in Spain in a further step to drive ongoing expansion in Europe.

Luigi Miranda as an associate director. He joins from AXA Real Estate, following roles at Generali Immobiliare and Schroders and will be responsible for identifying opportunities for new acquisitions in Italy, enhancing asset performance and maximising investment performance. He will be based in M&G’s Milan office.

In Spain, Fernando Valcárcel Sánchez has joined as an asset manager. Previously, he was at BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was head of private investors.
