M&G appoints residential specialist Marcus Eilers to lead European living sector investment

M&G Real Estate has appointed Marcus Eilers as head of European residential to lead its expansion into the European living sector across its fund range.

Eilers will be based out of M&G’s Frankfurt office. Leveraging both M&G’s U.K. residential platform and its highly experienced European team, Eilers will identify opportunities to develop and invest in sustainable homes with high levels of amenity that support well-being and community.

With more than 16 years of residential real estate experience, Eilers joins from Roundhill Capital, serving most recently as head of residential asset management. He also was a founding partner of a boutique firm advising large residential landlords in Germany.
