MetLife secures $300m for new open-end core property fund

MetLife Investment Management has collected more than $300 million for its newly launched MetLife Enhanced Core Property Fund, according to an SEC filing from July.

The open-end vehicle will follow a core strategy and will invest in diversified properties throughout the United States.

The fund requires a minimum investment of $100 million.

MetLife declined to comment on its fundraising activity.
