Meridian Senior Living has acquired Vista Terrace of Belmont in Belmont, Calif., to its senior housing portfolio.
Vista Terrace of Belmont was acquired by Griffin-American Healthcare REIT IV Inc., which is co-sponsored by American Healthcare Investors and Griffin Capital Co. in June 2017. In partnership with American Healthcare Investors, Meridian is managing and operating the community on a day-to-day basis.
