Meadow Partners has acquired a fully leased office and residential property at 20 Northdown St. in London’s King’s Cross neighborhood.
Centrally located in the heart of King’s Cross, one of the largest and most successful redevelopments in London, the eight-story property includes about 8,200 square feet of office space and 14 apartments. Originally developed in 2007 by Squire & Partners architects, the building is near multiple public-transportation and commuter stations providing easy access to Central London and other major U.K. cities. Meadow plans to modernize the apartments, common areas and entrance.
