Massachusetts retirement system seeks core real estate manager
The $60 million Swampscott (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System is seeking a core real estate manager to run roughly $2 million in assets.
The retirement system’s consultant, Dahab Associates, is assisting with the search. However, the retirement system’s board will make the final decision.
