Massachusetts retirement system issues RFP for core managers

The $75 million North Attleboro (Mass.) Contributory Retirement System (NACRS) is searching for an open-end core or core-plus real estate manager. Real estate managers will be allocated $3.5 million to $4 million.

Consultant Dahab Associates Inc. is assisting with the search. Proposals are due April 24. A copy of the RFP can be viewed on Dahab’s website.

NACRS is part of the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission for the state of Massachusetts. This is the retirement system’s first real estate allocation.
