Martley Capital Group has launched Amber, a new joint venture backed by institutional capital, established to acquire last-mile and urban industrial assets across Poland. The platform is targeting a portfolio of €200 million ($232 million) gross asset value (GAV) during the next 12 months to 24 months and has been seeded with two initial acquisitions in Upper Silesia.
Amber will be managed by Martley’s Polish platform from Martley’s Central Warsaw office. The strategy targets modern small-to-mid-box multi-let industrial assets with high build quality and good environmental, social and governance (ESG) credentials, located in strong urban sub-markets across Poland.
