Marcus Partners promotes Michael Ferrucci and Doug Nevins

Marcus Partners announced that Michael Ferrucci is now senior vice president of asset management and Doug Nevins is assistant property and asset manager.

Ferrucci joined Marcus Partners in January 2018 and has been an integral part of the acquisition team’s transactions in the Metro Boston and New York markets. Most recently as vice president, investments, Ferrucci has been involved in the company’s acquisition strategy: sourcing, analyzing, financing and acquiring investment opportunities.

Before joining Marcus Partners, Ferrucci worked for AEW Capital Management in the direct investments group with a focus on industrial, multifamily and office properties along the East Coast. He received a B.S. from Catholic University and is an active member of NAIOP, SIOR and REFA.
