Arlington County (Va.) Employees Retirement System has approved a commitment of $25 million to Marcus Partners Fund IV, a value-added fund managed by Marcus Partners.
The commitment will be funded via the Northern Trust Short Term Investment Fund or the Vanguard 500 Index Fund at staff's discretion, according to a board meeting document.
Marcus Partners Fund IV will invest in a portfolio of office, medical office, biomedical and light-industrial properties, primarily located in major suburban East Coast markets.
