Manulife Investment Management appoints Kenny Lam as CIO and head of transactions, Asia Pacific real estate

Manulife Investment Management has appointed Kenny Lam to the position of CIO and head of transactions, Asia Pacific real estate.

In his new role, Lam will be responsible for expanding the team’s geographical footprint in Asia Pacific, managing Manulife Investment Management’s real estate portfolio and identifying and investing in new real estate investment opportunities.

Lam first joined Manulife Investment Management in 2017 as head of Asia real estate Investments, after which he took on the role of chief investment officer (strategic investment) at Link REIT in 2022.
