Manova Partners has plans to reposition as an independent, internationally active real estate asset manager. The company was founded in 2000 as GLL Real Estate Partners and has been part of the Australian Macquarie Group since 2018.
The approximately 150 employees currently manage a global property portfolio of 170 properties in the office, logistics, residential and retail property sectors from 17 locations in Europe, the United States, Latin America and Asia.
With assets under management of approximately €12 billion ($12.6 billion), Manova Partners is one of the leading boutique managers in the industry. The company focuses on creating real estate products and solutions catered to institutional investors and family offices.
The company will be headquartered in Munich and managed by its two co-CEOs, Christian Göbel and Florian Winkle.
